Vintage. Since I discovered it about a year ago on my trip to Boston, I've been obsessed with this kind of pieces you can find on second hand and retro stores. My most loved items? Dresses and jackets. If I'm lucky I can easily find really antique dresses, maybe from 50's to 60's. As you can imagine, not all of them are wearable on your everyday, but sometimes you can revamp them with a pair of pumps or sandals, and a more actual necklace.

That's what happened to me with this dress. I bought it on a vintage shop in Madrid called ''Williamsbourg vintage'' and I fell in love with it at first sigh. Maybe because it has that glowing maroon/red color I like so much how fits me. Or maybe because the elegant cut on the sleeves, which makes your arms slightly visible. I don't really know. As it is an antique dress, you can see it has a quite long length, but I really didn't mind about it and decided to take it home with me (with another silk dress from BCBG Max Azria I'll show you soon). I though I could make it look a bit more actual with some accessories.

Although what it seems, it's a very light dress, comfortable to wear (it has an almost invisible zipper on the back) and perfect for this warm but windy weather because it's quite fresh. I decided to wear it with simple accessories, such as the Romwe gold chain necklace, and gold marble earrings.
