Amanda Ramón. A 24-year-old M.Arch student at UPV from Valencia, Spain. Passionate about fencing and sports in general, traveling, DIY and of course fashion, this blog started on 2011 on a trip to Boston, US, in need of talking about her adventures and discoveries around the city.

It all started on a lookbook.nu account as a hobby some years ago, to share and spread the word about what fashion means to her: a way to express your mood, to say without words who you are and what is going through your mind in that exact moment. Crazy about stuff with flags printed on it and vintage things, I try not to follow trends, but adapt them to a universal language and style which can be understood no matter how old you are, or where do you come from. So it's all about mixing, trying and always stand with the classic pieces. Basically, my goal here is to INSPIRE AND BE INSPIRED.

With a blog which has already been featured on some fashion websites and directories, which has collaborated with some brands and where I'm always trying to divulge the several faces of fashion and architecture, I hope you join me on this exciting trip through vintage, emerging designers, and fancy outfits!

Why in English?
Although my motherly language is Spanish, and I'm currently based in Spain, I write in English not only because this blog started on a trip to the United States to learn the language (and I found suitable keeping with it that way) but also to practice the language on an everyday basis and reach more people than I would do writing only in Spanish. Something Fashion is one of the very few Spain-based blogs which is 99,9% written in English, which is a differentiation factor and what makes this blog unique.

Email me a blogging question or a quick hello to somethingfashionblog(at)gmail(dot)com and I will personally get back to you. Pinky promise.
