It's a pity that the busier I am, the more events and interesting stuff to do seem to be around town! Last Friday evening I got invited to Anartxy's store opening and their new collection's presentation in Valencia, where we got a chance to see firsthand what is going on when it comes to chic and minimal jewelry for all budgets.

I love jewelry of all kinds, but I always say that I usually wear very few accessories in my hands such as rings or bracelets because of my daily tasks. I always tend to have a pencil in my hands and be drawing, or spending a lot of time typing on the computer, so I do not find it very comfortable. Therefore, I am a big fan of necklaces and earrings, and the latter, the bigger and sparklier, the better! Anartxy's jewelry collection has a wide variety of pieces to chose from, and I already thought about Christmas gifts for close ones and some friends. I find it hard to fail with this year's presents!

The event was held downtown at one of the busiest commercial streets in Valencia, filled with cupcakes, tasty early-evening snacks, and lovely Sangria Lolea to lift spirits. I attended with some friends and catched up with some local blogger acquaintances in this vintage dress and statement earrings. We definitely had a very nice time and lots of fun!
