Autumn/Winter 2012 trends

10:00 AM

Let's talk about trends today. Since I don't want to fill all the blog out with my outfits and my life, I want to share with you some ideas to start this 2012-2013 season. When season changes, I always like to keep in mind what is worth to buy and what not, because you know there're some items that can be easily used for years and years. Others not. So, I'll be featuring this Oasap products for you (pretty affordable!) on this post, to have a first impression about the season!

Military style is coming with very heavy steps. I'm not really into camouflage, I don't like that ''heavy'' military style, but I like the soft touches as green jackets, khaki and boots. If they're rain boots, that's perfect for the common weather changes. A must in your closet? Some accesories with flags (yay!)

Metallics and specially gold are coming again. Mixing lots of accesories with black dresses, pumps and tricky transpariencies will make your outfit pop in the city's night lights. Studs and wedges are now your best friends.

The opposite from the outfit above is keeping it simple and comfy. Soft lines and touches of color, or monochrome are musts this season. Fortunately it isn't very cold in Valencia in autumn, so I'm able to wear vests and light jeans or trousers to University, instead of long whool coats.

An finally, the ''looking like a boy'' outfit. It's very simple to do: white shirt, and black trousers, jeans or skirt. Add a color blazer (or black/white) and add some accesories, and you got it! You can go for the pumps, or chose a pair of comfy slippers or moccasins to complete the outfit.

And what about you? What are your ideas to this season? What would you wear for school or university?
